Thank you for choosing the "Purchase from the Pasture" option, which will enable you to purchase high quality Texas beef in bulk. In order to help us coordinate your beef purchase, please fill out the form below to give us information about what you want. Once we receive your request, we will give you a call to confirm your request and help coordinate your order. Payment will not take place until you pick up your completed order at our retail shop in downtown Crockett (1300 N 4th St, Crockett, TX 75835).

PURCHASE FROM THE PASTURE : I do not own livestock, but would like to purchase livestock (whole, half, or quarter) from a participating Houston County Farm and have it processed at Tyer’s Processing.

Please call us to discuss pricing. We estimate our prices on the live or “off the hoof” weight but final cost will depend on the hanging weight or carcass weight so that customers can have their beef cut to their individual specifications or preferences. When product is cut, there is a reduction in the weight because of removal of bones, gristle, and fat. Every cut out wil be a little differently, so it is not possible to tell in advance exactly how much you will take home in your order or the exact price per take-home pound.
